We also auction items in other categories — contact us to see if your item is something we can sell for you!

In general, we are only interested in auctioning items in good, working/usable condition.

If you think your items fit this criteria, we may be able to auction your items in one of our future online auction sales. If you believe you have particularly exceptional or valuable items; a very large volume or collection of items that you would like to consign at auction — please skip the Consignment Inquiry step and call us directly, at 403-918-3645.

To begin the general consignment process, please take some photos of your items. Also, if relevant or necessary, please gather any documentation or information on your items, such as appraisals, provenance, etc.

Please send us a submission through our Consignment Inquiry Form. Please include your pictures of your items and any relevant information about them. Click the button below to go directly to this form:

Our team will review your submission and contact you (generally via email) to provide you with an preliminary evaluation and estimate (at current local market value) of your items — at no cost — as well as to discuss with you whether your items can be included in one of our upcoming online auctions.

If determined that your items will be a good fit for one of our auctions, we will schedule a drop-off time and date for you to bring your items down to our showroom.

Once your items have been received by us, our team will process your items to prepare them for our online auction catalogue. This includes professional product photography and a detailed evaluation including research into your item, price estimation at current local market value, measurement, and condition assessment.

Prior to your items being sold at auction, you will have the opportunity to review your consignment in detail, to ensure that you are happy with the price estimates, the starting price, and the descriptions for your items.

Once your items have been sold at auction, you will receive a detailed consignor invoice for your items. Once all payments from that auction have been processed, you will be issued payment for your consignment. If there are unsold items, our team will contact you and arrange a time and date for you to pick them up at our showroom.
